Dr Edward Gallagher
It is our regret to announce the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Dr Edward Gallagher, who left us with heavy hearts on October 1st 2018. He was loved and respected by everyone he knew, friends, colleagues and the community.
Dr Gallagher you dedicated your life to animal health and we will continue this legacy in offering the best of care to our patients.
You left us too soon. We will miss you dearly.
A native of the west of Ireland, Dr Gallagher graduated from Tufts University in Boston in 1994 and soon began to practice veterinary medicine in the West Island of Montreal. Ready for a new challenge, he then took over as owner of Hôpital Vétérinaire Mercier in October 2009. He was known to have a soft spot for black cats and Scottish Terriers. Dr Gallagher is pictured here with his cat Bahia, a Tonkinese.
